Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is free shipping available?
Yes! All orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee. If you or your pet are not happy with a purchase, email support@balmpaw.com and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
My dog did not like the product. Can I still get a refund?
Absolutely. We know every pet is different. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Are BalmPaw products safe for all dog breeds?
Yes. All our products are designed to be safe for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our supplements are vet-reviewed and made without harmful additives. Always consult your vet if your dog has specific health conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible at support@balmpaw.com and we will do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be notified when it launches.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
