How to Request a Return or Refund

 

Email us at support@balmpaw.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

 

Refund Situations

 

Item arrived damaged or defective: Full refund OR free replacement. Your choice. No return required.

Item not as described: Full refund. You keep the item.

Your pet did not like it: Full refund within 30 days. No judgment.

Order never arrived: Full refund or free re-ship. Your choice.

 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
