Shipping policy

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

US Shipping Times

 

Standard Shipping: 7-12 Business Days. Free on orders $35+. $4.99 for orders under $35.

Express Shipping: 4-7 Business Days. $9.99 flat rate.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation email.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at support@balmpaw.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
